Dear lara, the best is London England or Boston,USA to study because of large student population those 2 cities have. You can live a very energetic, lively and happy international life. You can apply for scholarships to universities there. www.tinyurl.com/3d93v8b

Hi there, your question is kind of difficult to answer. I can not think of too many countries of the top of my head that offer good universities, good job opportunities, and inexpensive cost of living. You mentioned the U.S. Yes, there are a lot of good universities in the U.S., however, the cost of living is not inexpensive, and the job market (at least at this time is not good). Also, in the U.S. you usually have no job security whatsoever. Although, the U.S. has some of the best hospitals and doctors in the world, the U.S. healthcare system is one of the worst in the western world. I would recommend to check out the following countries (good universities, inexpensive cost of living, good health care system). Argentina Chile Ecuador (Ecuador is the cheapest of these 3 countries) Job opportunities are better in Argentina and Chile than in Ecuador. Good luck.
