(I was influenced by my family to be an accountant because teachers here in Portugal have no jobs there are so many of them!) I am a sunday school teacher so is helps a bit. But i would love to be a teacher what can I do? Is it to late? I am 21. Thanks!

It is only to late if you let it be to late. One of my best teachers in High School was a Navy 25 year man went to college after the service and became a teacher; he was 49 years old when he started. He taught school until he was 85 years old; he died two years ago at 95 years of age. It ain't to late unless you let it be. Also very few of us ever get the job we want and could love, you are one of the millions world wide. You got a job that pays your bills; well you are better off than a lot of us Americans are right now!

I am 18 years old and i can't work [Dead Father] (Economy problem) *Portugal*?
Hello Everyone :) I need some a Opinion/Help. I am 18 years old but i want to start getting my life started Currently in this year i want to get my Car driver license but i can't. My father died about 1 year and half with Stomach cancer, since then we have been receiving Money pension. I want to start working but my mother and my brother don't let me. Why do i fix this Dilemma? Is there anyway for me to win money in the more "Easily" way? Using some kind of secret in the economy or on the Stock Market How to Make Money in the Stock Market During the the Economic Crisis and Profit from the Recession? Is there anyway for me to gain money without loosing my father pension btw: The pension money doesn't go for me, it goes for the food. And my brother is a rich guy but he doesn't tell how to make sucess, HELP? I am from Portugal P.S - My mother and my brother and extremely controlling me, i can't have my own life with them stopping me! (I feel angry, suffocated and annoyed with that) My brother is a Selfish, trust me, if you meet him, you would hate him

Your are of adult age now. You can get out if you truly wish to start your life. The European Union is huge ! Pick any country and go !

First off, I am so sorry about your father. It's really tragic when things like that happen :( Now to answer your question: It seems as if you're looking for some kind of get-rich-quick scheme which is just not going to work, unfortunately. Even thieves have to work hard to do what they do - not that I'm encouraging you to do that, I'm just saying that everyone has to put in work to make money. Figure out what it is you like to do, deal with your mother and brother through effective communication, tell them your goals and desires and the fact that you're now an adult, and hear them out. Everyone has a reason for what they want to do. Decide your goals and your interests and act on them - go out there and find a job you'll enjoy and which will enable you to make money. Don't just look in the short term to make money, try to build a long-lasting career. It's okay if you don't make much money at first - maybe that's the key to attaining happiness and making even more money in the long term. Also, since you're only 18, I think it makes sense for you to consider getting a college degree. Consider speaking to an adult or teacher about the possible options you have for attending college and receiving financial aid. An education is the only way you will be able to sustain yourself in the future and make enough money to live comfortably. Seriously consider this. It is a question of your life and you cannot afford to gamble it away. Good luck! Hope this helps :)

The TV yes, at least as a display for external boxes. Chances are favorable that the TV's digital tuner, or a separate terrestrial STB will work, but not definite. A Sky/Freesat box will work. provided you can get signal there.

If you are in possession of a passport for a specific country, does that make you a legal citizen?
My grandfather moved from Portugal to South Africa to work many years back and married my grandmother who was south African. He registered my mom at the Portuguese Consulate but the procedure wasn't completed. Now she's contacted them and they're going to register her and give her a Portuguese I.D card and passport, and then once she's done she's going to do the same with me and my sister. Do we have legal rights to citizenship?

It depends on Portugese law.

Under Portuguese law you have to have a parent born in Portugal in order to claim Portuguese citizenship.

If you have the passport you will be a citizen , but in this case I doubt very much you and your sister will be able to get a Portuguese Passport - you may have a chance with a visa. Your Grandmother can obtain citizenship through marriage . The child of a Portuguese born parent may acquire citizenship if they are born outside of portugal if their births are registered with the embassy. Very few European countries (in fact I can't think of any other than Italy ) are going to give citizenship to grandchildren that are second generation foreign births. A child born to a Portuguese parent is automatically a Portuguese citizen provided the parent was born in Portugal or is employed by the Portuguese state. Or, the child may be registered as a Portuguese citizen. Portugal does not offer citizenship beyond the first generation so although your Grandparents children could claim a passport you and your sister could not.. You might be able to get an ancestry visa to live in Portugal but you will have to be able to speak Portuguese.
