does the Belkin F8E449 Universal AC Travel Adapter work on a AC Adapter that has 100-240 volts in it?
just asking this question because i'm thinking of bringing my laptop to portugal this summer

Yes. Make sure you have the European 220 plug adapter for your plug in. Ours will not fit the round holes.
